NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the April 27, 2020 Meeting of the Borough of Netcong Planning Board, originally scheduled to take place at 7:30PM in the Council Room of the Municipal Building, will instead be held remotely. The meeting is open to the public via alternate means to provide the ability to listen and the opportunity to be heard during the public portions of the meeting by calling the following teleconference line (617) 941-8612 (“Borough of Netcong Public Meeting Conference Line). No meeting ID number or passcode is needed. The purpose of the Planning Board Meeting is to conduct routine business. Formal action will be taken.

The virtual meeting room will be open at 7:00 PM. The meeting will start at 7:30 PM. We suggest you dial in early. The phone number is 617-941-8612. There is no access code. If for some reason you cannot connect or get an error message, hang up and dial again. If you continue to have a problem connecting, and are using a cell or smart phone, text the word “help” to 617-941-8612. You will receive a return text message with a backup number. Because of the increase demand for conference calls, virtual meetings and classrooms nationwide telephone networks are being pushed to capacity.
When you enter the virtual meeting room you will be placed on hold and will hear music until the meeting starts at 7:30 PM. We ask that you self-mute yourself by pressing *6.
During Public Participation the meeting will go into a Q&A status. If you are interested in asking a question press *6 and you will be entered int the question que. You will be notified when you can ask your question. When it is your turn please identify yourself and your place of residence.
