Animal Licensing

Dog Owners:

Did you know all dogs 7 months or older must be licensed in NJ?

Dog licenses must be renewed each year.  Late fees ($5.00) begin on February 1st.  Please remember to bring your dog’s rabies and spayed/neutered certificates at the time of licensing.

Cat Owners:

Cats 4 months or older require yearly licensing.  A $12.00 Licensing fee will be charged for each cat with late fees beginning February 1st.  Please remember to bring your cat’s proof of rabies certificate at time of licensing.

No Dogs in Borough Parks

Recently, new signs have been erected in our Borough Parks to remind residents and visitors that dogs are not allowed in these public facilities.  Keeping our parks clean and safe will make them ore enjoyable.  we ask everyone for their cooperation in this matter.

Rabies Clinics

Free rabies clinics are sponsored by the Mount Olive Health Department and other health organizations through out the year.   Contact the Mount Olive Health Department at 973-691-0900, EXT. 7330.

    Main Street Streetscapes Project – Construction Beginning April 14 Please be advised that construction on the Main Street Streetscapes Project will begin on Monday, April 14.
