Economic Development

The Economic Development Commitee is made up of the Mayor and two Council Members and the Borough Administrator that meets on an as-needed basis. The commitee hears proposals on development and redevelopment projects and seeks to promote the development of economic grown within the Borough.

The Borough of Netcong is aware of multiple power outages affecting areas throughout town. JCP&L has been notified and is actively working to restore service. The current estimated time of restoration is 7:00 PM, though this is subject to change. Residents are encouraged to: Use caution if traveling, especially at intersections where traffic signals may be out. Report any downed wires by staying away from them and contacting JCP&L immediately. Keep refrigerators and freezers closed as much as possible to preserve food during the outage.
