The Borough recommends that you leave all of the boxes checked in order to receive the most accurate and up to date information from the Borough Administration. However, should you choose to limit the information you wish to receive, this is where you would make that choice.

All universally important and emergency notifications will go to all users; however, non-emergent notifications will be sent in one of the above categories. If you do not wish to receive a particular category of notification or a certain notification delivery method (text, voice, email), you may deselect one of the designated boxes.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Not all notifications will be sent through all categories or delivery methods, so in order to receive all of the most accurate and up to date information, leave all boxes selected.

If you have any questions or need assistance, you may contact the Borough Administration at (973) 347-0252 x118 or rproctor@netcong.org.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

With winter parking restrictions now lifted, the Borough is reminding residents to properly place trash carts for collection. Improper placement has resulted in missed pickups in recent weeks. To ensure your trash is collected: Solid Waste should only be put out in Netcong Issued garbage cans (Carts) Place carts at the curb Allow at least 4 feet of clearance on all sides, including from vehicles, mailboxes, and other obstacles Position carts with the lid opening facing the street Ensure the wheels are facing your home These requirements are necessary for automated collection using the Borough’s equipment. If carts are not placed correctly or do not have sufficient clearance, collection may be skipped.Additional information can be found at https://netcong.org/solid-waste/cans/. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain an efficient and reliable solid waste collection program.
