The Netcong food bank is open every week on Tuesdays 10:00 AM – 12 NOON in front of town hall at 23 Maple Avenue, Netcong, NJ 07857. We do not ask for identification and provide assistance to Netcong and the surrounding municipalities.
We are always looking for items to distribute to those who need help with food. We accept all non-perishable foods throughout the week. There is food bins in front of our police department. We also accept perishable foods (meat, cheese, milk, eggs) during our hours of operation. Here is a list of some of the times we can always use:
Canned vegetables, pasta and spaghetti, pasta sauce, cereal, canned tuna, catsup, bread items, person times such as shampoo and conditioner and other toiletries. We CANNOT accept items that are past their expiration date, or open packages. We can only accept perishable food items when the food bank is open.
