Morris County Library will be resuming its outreach hours in Netcong starting Thursday, July 1st. A librarian will be available at the municipal building Thursday afternoons from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Residents can borrow books, obtain county library cards and learn about other Morris County Library services.
