Public Notices

Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72 (formerly Senate Bill S-4654), New Jersey law has been updated to modernize the publication of legal and public notices. Beginning March 1, 2026, required legal notices issued by the Borough will be published on the Borough’s official website rather than in print newspapers. This change is intended to improve public access and transparency by making notices freely available online. Archived notices will remain accessible on this website for at least one year, in accordance with State law.

Traffic & Parking Notice To accommodate the event and ensure public safety: • Koclas Drive will be closed from 5:45 PM to 11:00 PM. • No parking will be permitted on Koclas Drive (from Allen Street to the basketball courts) during this time. • Vehicles parked in the restricted area may be subject to enforcement action.
