NETCONG BOROUGH PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 11, 2026, the Netcong Borough Planning Board, County of Morris; State of New Jersey took the following action:
ADOPTED a resolution granting “d(1)” use, ancillary “c” bulk variances and preliminary and final site plan approval for a multi-family development, with conditions in the matter of 83 Main Street, LLC, with respect to Block 19, Lots 30 and 34.02 as shown on the Tax Map of the Borough of Netcong.
A copy of this resolution is on file in the office of the Board Secretary and may be reviewed during normal business hours.
