NETCONG BOROUGH PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 11, 2026, the Netcong Borough Planning Board, County of Morris; State of New Jersey took the following action:
ADOPTED a resolution amending the Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan for the Borough of Netcong.
ALSO ADOPTED a resolution determining Master Plan consistency for Ordinance 2026-8, An Ordinance of the Borough of Netcong Amending Chapter 194, “Land Development Procedures”, Repealing and Replacing Chapter 194, Article XIV, “Affordable Housing,” of the Code of the Borough of Netcong.
ALSO ADOPTED a resolution determining Master Plan consistency for Ordinance No. 2026-09, An Ordinance of the Borough of Netcong Amending Chapter 194, “Land Development Procedures”, Repealing and Replacing Chapter 194, Article XIII, “Mandatory Development Fees” of the Code of the Borough of Netcong.
ALSO ADOPTED a resolution determining Master Plan consistency for Ordinance 2026-10, An Ordinance to Amend the “Phase I Amendment to the Station Area Redevelopment Plan” Dated August 2016 Pursuant to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, ET SEQ.
