NETCONG PLANNING BOARD RESOLUTION #2026-02
RESOLUTION OF THE NETCONG BOROUGH PLANNING BOARD
DECIDED: MARCH 11, 2026
ADOPTED: MARCH 11, 2026
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of New Jersey has passed into law Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, the Open Public Meetings Act; and
WHEREAS, Section 13 of the above-mentioned law requires a posting of regularly scheduled and special meeting dates for the benefit of the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Board of the Borough of Netcong, County of Morris, State of New Jersey that said Board shall meet on the fourth Monday of the month commencing at 7:00 p.m., except for the month of May, which shall be the third Monday of the month commencing at 7:00 p.m., at the Netcong Borough Municipal Building, 23 Maple Ave., Netcong, New Jersey. The schedule of meeting dates is as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this resolution and special meeting notices shall be posted on the official website of the Borough of Netcong in accordance with New Jersey law at www.netcong.org and shall be posted on the bulletin board in the Netcong Borough Municipal Building.
The agenda for all meetings, more or less shall be: CALL TO ORDER; FLAG SALUTE; ROLL CALL; OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT NOTICE; MINUTES; RESOLUTIONS; COMPLETENESS REVIEWS; HEARINGS; UPCOMING MEETINGS; VOUCHERS; OLD/NEW BUSINESS; ADJOURNMENT.
The 2027 reorganization meeting will be held on January 25, 2027 at 7:00 p.m. and the regular meeting will directly follow.
