LEGAL NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et. seq., the Netcong Borough Planning Board (the “Board”) has scheduled an in-person Special Meeting on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at the Borough of Netcong Municipal Building, 23 Maple Ave., Netcong, New Jersey, 07857, for the purpose of Reorganization of the Planning Board to be followed by the regular meeting of the Planning Board. The agenda, more or less, shall be: CALL TO ORDER; FLAG SALUTE; OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT NOTICE; OATH OF OFFICE; ROLL CALL; REORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD; MINUTES; RESOLUTIONS; COMPLETENESS REVIEWS; HEARINGS; PUBLIC HEARING ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLAN AMENDMENT; REFERENDUM COURTESY REVIEW; VOUCHERS; OLD/NEW BUSINESS; ADJOURNMENT. Formal action may be taken at this Special Meeting.
